I think Jason(aka Edwins Friend) should become a regular in season 3. It was good to see new characters for the regulars to actually interact and you usually don't see Lizzie or Edwin with their own friends so I think Jason should be written in a few episodes. One idea I have is that he has a crush on Casey(which is already evident) and they center an episode aound how he gets the wrong idea and thinks Casey likes him back.

That idea seems to be a bit old to say it nicely. It seems like nearly every show with a big gap in characters has that idea, but it would be nice to see how to do it Canadian-style.

Canadian style is always the best.!!!
I mean look at japenese dubing, when Americans do it, (no offence) they take out anything "offensive" basically all blood and food fight scenes and sexual things. US CANADIANS try to keep as much in, and don't change they dialogue so it makes no sense because we're too lazy to change the lip motion, lol.
So canadian editing, is sometimes better, like in that case.

I agree with you, however, that idea sounds good but I'd like to see something more original. I know that has already happened in some shows. For instance, in Lizzie McGuire, Miranda has that problem with Matt.
